Plads’n – vegan pizza restaurant and bar in Copenhagen

Visiting Plads’n on your visit to Copenhagen is a must. For me, Plads’n is like a safe bet – any time I need to find a place to take someone to dinner when I have little time to research, I take them there. I have always felt welcome when visiting the restaurant and the food has evolved through time getting better and better.

On my first visit the burger was as the first photo below, evolving into the second photo on my last visit – it is so much better now. If you have visited the restaurant before but did not like it, I encourage you to try again as they have changed things up quite a bit.

Plads’n

Plads’n is a vegan restaurant placed in the heart of Nørrebro, not too far from the lakes. On your visit, you can expect to find:

  • Vegan pizza
  • Vegan burgers
  • Dish of the day
  • Focaccia
  • Seasonal soups
  • Sandwiches
  • Desserts – cheesecake, chocolate mousse, etc.
  • Good vegan wine
  • Tasty cocktails

Compared to other vegan restaurants in the city, Plads’n is rather affordable and allows you to have a nice evening dining out without completely breaking the bank.

If you order takeaway, you get 20,- kroner discount!

Opening hours for the kitchen:

Man-tors 14.00–22.00 (21.00)
Fre-lør 14.00–23.00 (21.00)
Søn 14.00-21.00 (20.00)

My favorite dishes from Plads’n so far

I have been to Plads’n a couple of times now and I have developed a liking for some of their dishes more than others. My favorite pizza so far is Umamien (119 kroner) – with seitan, sun-dried tomatoes and onion (except I ask to have it without onion).

Klassikeren

From the burgers, my favorite is the Klassikeren (79 kroner for burger, 125 for the full menu with fries) – their classic burger with homemade brioche bun, plant patty, tomatoes, pickles and pickled red onion. The fries that come with the burger are also 10/10.
